The 'Haps

Just a couple of quick drawings. I was messing around with Todd Dezago and Craig Rousseau's Perhapanauts characters while Rod and I were waiting around in the airport in San Diego. Just some quick inks and gray tones.




We had several hours to wait in the airport, actually, and I was dreading it. But we did run into Eric Treadaway and Eric "Cornboy" Mayse of the Four Horsemen while there (I love those guys!), and also Sam Lotfi and his wife, who we befriended while we were waiting in line for one of the DC Talent Search panels. So that made the wait a little more bearable. Sam's work, btw, is gorgeous-- I've always been partial to cartoony art, and his is fantastic.

Still haven't gotten the pictures I took at SDCC off of my camera, but I'll try to do it this weekend. I've been busy with (art) stuff since I got back from the con, and I hope to be able to show some stuff soon.
